Warehouse Equipment Operator/Associate

Pay: up to $22/hr based on experience

Location: Middletown, CT

Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift 2am-10:30am

We are hiring experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for operating multiple types of material handling equipment (MHE), completing order fulfillment tasks, and utilizing handheld scanning computers to track and manage inventory.

MUST TEST NEGATIVE FOR THC

The ideal candidate brings strong warehouse experience, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team-driven setting.

• Operate powered industrial equipment to move, stage, and store product
• Use handheld RF scanning computers and navigate multiple system screens
• Perform order picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment protocols
• Support shipping and receiving operations as needed

• Reach Truck / Reach Lift
• Clamp Truck
• Ride-On Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
• Stand-Up Forklift
• Sit-Down Forklift

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse experience required
• Experience using handheld RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable work ethic and attendance
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Ability to handle materials throughout the warehouse
• Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Frequent twisting, stooping, squatting, reaching, and crouching
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs using proper techniques

This role involves access to valuable inventory and interaction with team members in a production-driven environment. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment.
