Payments Specialist

Benefit Payment Services assists retirees with questions regarding their pension payments. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess a commitment to superior customer service to join our team of call center professionals.

• Receiving inbound calls Understanding call requests, problem solving as needed, and routing if required per client profile
• Assisting retirees with questions about their pension payments, tax forms, with holdings, etc.
• Sending forms via mail, fax, and email to participants

• 3 years of Customer Service experience in Corporate/Professional work environment
• Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and internet
• Excellent telephone etiquette with Customer Service focus
• Excellent attendance track record required
  
  Must be willing to work OT when necessary
• College degree required (2 or 4 year degree)

• Highly motivated, self-starter who can complete functions with little supervision
• Strong organization/time management skills &ability to prioritize
• Ability to function well in a high volume environment & multi task
• Adapts well to change and is a team player- ability to achieve both individual and group goals
