• Welcome customers and build strong relationships throughout the service experience
• Listen to each customer's concerns and accurately identify their vehicle service and maintenance needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance, repairs, pricing, and expected completion times
  
  Prepare accurate repair orders and provide clear, transparent estimates
• Maintain consistent communication and follow up with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
• Work closely with technicians and other service team members to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Review additional maintenance or repair recommendations with customers and answer questions
• Address customer concerns professionally and work toward timely, positive resolutions
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from arrival through vehicle pickup

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior customer service, sales, account management, or related experience
• Previous automotive dealership or service department experience preferred
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and customer service skills
• Ability to listen to customers, identify their needs, and clearly communicate service recommendations
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
