Skilled Nursing Facilities Seeking a Physician to join a post-acute care team serving the Middletown, Delaware area. This full-time opportunity offers strong clinical support, scheduling autonomy, and significant earning potential while delivering high-quality care in skilled nursing facility settings.

Position Highlights:

Full-time position (5 days per week)
Provide care through rounding in skilled nursing facilities

Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment

In-person clinical role serving the Middletown/Dover region

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments including histories and physical examinations

Develop and manage individualized care plans

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams

Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

Active Delaware physician license and DEA registration

Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency medicine, or clinic settings preferred but not required

Open to new graduates

Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to relocate locally to the Middletown or Dover area Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated compensation range of $210,529 - $270,529 annually with uncapped productivity income potential
