Qualifications &

Experience:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current or pending Delaware school psychologist license (applications in process welcomed)
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
• Proficiency in assessment, counseling, and consultation with students and staff
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and thrive in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational assessments for students referred for special services
• Develop and help implement intervention strategies to support student academic and behavioral needs
• Facilitate individual and group counseling as required
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote supportive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation aligned with school district policies
