Ducklings Early Learning Center is currently looking for a creative and caring Teachers to join our team. Must love making new friends, smiling a lot, and going home happily exhausted because you just had The Best Day EVER!!! Our school's owner and administrators are here daily to hear your concerns and help make your day-to-day job as smooth as possible!
- Manage and participate in the smooth running of a loving early childhood classroom at a highly regarded educational child care center.
- Create and deliver lesson plans, care for each child individually, and assess developmental needs of students.
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment.
- Communicate positively with parents, co-workers, and management.
Skills & Experience:
- CDA, Two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required.
- Previous experience as an Early Childhood Education Teacher in a licensed preschool or early development center preferred.
- Experience using Teaching Strategies Gold and Brightwheel is a plus.
- Able to furnish required clearances.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sense of humor encouraged.

Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 hrs per week
Pay: $15-$20 per hour depending on years of experience and education
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift (between the hours of 7am-6pm)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- MUST have a DEEDs Early Learning Teacher Certificate.
Experience:
- Early childhood education: 1 year (Required)
