• Overall responsibility for planning, management and implementation in the area of
• o New buildings and conversions
• o Refrigeration technology and energy supply
• o Slaughtering and cutting technology
• o Electrical engineering and automation
• Project coordination from the idea to commissioning
• Budget planning, cost calculation and controlling of all projects
• Selection, Management and monitoring of suppliers, service providers and construction companies
• Drafting of specifications, tenders and investment applications
• Interface management between internal departments (production, technology, QM, occupational safety) and external partners
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, budget and legal requirements

• Multi-year experience in technical project management, ideally in the food environment or in industry
• Completed vocational training (mechanical engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) or a technical degree is an advantage

• Sound knowledge of budget planning and project controlling
• Good knowledge of building services engineering, refrigeration and air conditioning technology, automation and plant engineering
