The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to drive strategic decisions through financial insight.
Responsibilities- Develop, monitor, and manage annual budgets and forecasts in alignment with business objectives
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timelines
- Supervise and mentor the finance/accounting team, ensuring continuous development and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent are a plus
- Proficient in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP software like SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Quick Books)
