Desired Qualifications- Active Delaware SLP licensure/certification (required; please provide confirmation upon application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in a K12 school-based setting strongly preferred
- Background in completing evaluations and writing IEPs
- Proficiency with Data Service Center and/or Power School IEP software is advantageous
- SLPAs are not being considered for this position
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to students
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for speech and language disorders
- Develop, draft, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educational staff
Maintain detailed therapy notes and collect essential progress monitoring data to support student growth
