The HR Director will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving the alignment of human capital,organizational culture, and performance with the Company’s long term vision.

This role requires a seasoned HR professional with proven expertise in Egyptianlabor and social insurance laws, alongside strong leadership in talentstrategy, performance management, and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative HR strategies aligned with the Academy’s growth and operational goals.
  • Oversee the entire HR function including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and compliance
  • Build and mentor a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and best-in-class HR practices.
  • • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the Company’s vision, mission, and growth objectives.
  • implement scalable systems and policies that support a growing hybrid and international workforce.
  • Develop and oversee learning and development programs that support career growth and succession planning
requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (essential)
  • Master’s degree in HR Management ,MBA or DBA is required
  • International HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, SPHR) strongly preferred
  • • 10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.
  • Experience in the education sector or multinational service-based organizations is highly desirable
