Alt is hiring a contract recruiter to own Inventory Associate (Vault) hiring end to end. This 90-day engagement is onsite at the vault and pays $40 per hour with a 40-hour work week.
You will build a repeatable high-volume process, source and screen qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure a smooth pre-start transition while partnering with hiring managers and adhering to Alt processes.
