In this role, you’ll take ownership of key BAS projects from start to finish — overseeing planning, execution, and completion. You’ll manage budgets, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project delivery. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership position and work on complex projects for high-profile clients, including hospitals, college campuses, manufacturing plants, military sites, and data centers.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing Project Management
- Manage BAS installation projects, from initial planning to completion.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress.
- Resolve any issues that arise during installation or commissioning.
- Handle project budgets, forecasts, and billing cycles.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and suggest system improvements where needed.
- Ensure projects are completed to a high standard and meet all client requirements.
- Oversee system commissioning and handover.
- Document all project details and lessons learned to improve future processes.
- Degree in Engineering or Project Management (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience managing projects in new construction or renovations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in the construction or building systems industry is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
