Operations & Sales Manager | Northern Delaware

A well-established organization is seeking an experienced Operations & Sales Manager for an opportunity in Northern Delaware. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can effectively lead a team, oversee daily operations, build strong customer relationships, and take ownership of the continued success of an established location.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is equally comfortable coaching employees, working directly with customers, solving operational challenges, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the business moving.

• Lead, coach, and develop a local team
• Oversee day-to-day operations and promote accountability and consistency
• Support sales activities and customer relationships
• Coordinate orders, inventory, shipments, and logistics
• Maintain accurate information within the company’s ERP system
• Work closely with sales and company leadership
• Identify and resolve operational challenges
• Lead by example and provide hands-on support when needed

• Proven leadership experience in operations, distribution, industrial, construction-related, or a similar environment
• Sales and customer service experience
• Strong operational and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with ERP software
• Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Comfortable in an environment where team members wear multiple hats
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work with a high level of independence and ownership

The successful candidate will be a visible, hands-on leader who understands that strong leadership means being willing to step in and support the team when needed.

$75,000–$85,000 base salary plus incentives and bonuses
