Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate the Customer;
Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures;
Recovery of merchandise and participation in mandatory freight process;
Complete Plan-o-gram merchandising procedures and price changes/markdowns;
Assist customers with loading purchases and maintain poultry care where applicable
