We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a growing team of Commercial Sales Representatives. This is an opportunity to make a real impact while building your career in the rapidly expanding Solar Farm Industry.
Responsibilities- Coach and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Drive regional revenue growth and exceed sales goals.
- Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs.
- Develop sales strategies and monitor key performance metrics.
- Build a culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives.
- Travel throughout the assigned region.
- 5+ years of successful sales management experience.
- Proven success leading outside sales or B2B sales teams.
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
