Position Overview
At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator and competitive advantage in the markets we serve. As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Middletown, KY at the Middletown Branch.
Job Description- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities; manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing; collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet; position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement; deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions; leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience; perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products; educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits; display heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss; participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
