Position Overview

At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator and competitive advantage in the markets we serve. As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Middletown, KY at the Middletown Branch.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities; manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing; collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet; position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement; deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions; leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience; perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products; educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits; display heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss; participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

Roles at this level typically require an associate’s degree or equivalent, related experience, or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
