• Provide quality service to members in account transactions, loan applications, new accounts, and selecting products and services.
• Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff and maintain effective employee relations.
• Resolve employee and member problems.
• Act as principal loan officer for the branch.
• Manage the security and safety of the branch.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• A desire to present life changing, money saving opportunities to our members / potential members.
• Self‑motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support your team.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Must successfully complete and pass the eligibility requirements for the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. (Safe Act)
