Executive Director

Christian Care Communities is Kentucky’s largest faith-based, not-for-profit organization offering affordable housing and long-term care services for older adults. Established in 1884 and headquartered in Louisville, Christian Care Communities operates a comprehensive network of retirement communities. These include independent living apartments, patio homes, assisted living, skilled nursing care, adult day programs, and specialized Alzheimer's and dementia care services. This full-time on-site role, based in Middletown, KY, is for an Executive Director who will lead and oversee one of Christian Care Communities' Assisted Living communities. Responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, managing staff and resources effectively, fostering compliance with regulations, and overseeing community engagement. The Executive Director will serve as the key liaison between residents, families, staff, and the broader community, embodying the organization's core values.

The position emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to drive the community toward its goals.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, human services, business administration, public health, or a closely related field from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• Required Experience:
  
  3 years’ proven management experience.
• Preferred Experience:
  
  Nonprofit sector; experience in senior living, senior housing, assisted living and/or personal care;
  Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
