We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in casual dining and hospitality, with a focus on delivering exceptional food quality and service. As the Kitchen Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and foster a positive work environment for our staff.
Duties- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ability to assist in menu planning and modification, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.

- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience in cooking techniques and menu development is preferred.
