- Appropriate New Jersey Instructional Certificate with endorsements in Preschool and Special Education
- High-level skills in the collection of data and anecdotal notes to provide evidence of student growth and guide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Knowledge of Creative Curriculum Gold & Developmentally Appropriate practices
- Experience working with ABA programs
- Knowledge of effective practices with multisensory language instruction, e.g. Wilson Reading System, Project Read, and/or Orton Gillingham (preferred)
- Knowledge/evidence of implementation of best practices for supporting an inclusive environment and opportunities for students
- Knowledge of Least Restrictive Environment regulations (preferred)
- Terms pursuant to the MTEA Collective Bargaining agreement
- Salary range: $60,673 - $122,533 (as per the negotiated contract and commensurate with experience)
