Overview
Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our clinic in Fort Monmouth, NJ.
Responsibilities- Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while helping control the flow of the appointment
- Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours
- Guide patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients entering the clinic with a smile
- Execute 5-star customer service and contribute to a collaborative community environment for patients and team members
- Previous customer service experience
- Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
- BA/BS degree preferred, not required
