We are currently seeking therapists with availability during one or more of the following periods:
- Monday–Friday:
Evening availability between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM - Saturday–Sunday:
Availability between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Schedules may vary based on therapist availability, client needs, caseload, and geographic service area.
Service AreasWe are hiring therapists to provide in‑home services throughout the following New Jersey

- Cape May County
- Atlantic County
- Camden County
- Burlington County
- Cumberland County
- Salem County
- Gloucester County
* You do not need to be available to serve all counties. Candidates may identify the geographic areas they are available and willing to serve.
What You’ll DoThis position combines flexibility with meaningful, hands‑on connections by providing therapeutic services to clients in their homes and communities.
As an In‑Home Therapist, you will:
- Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, individuals, and families experiencing behavioral, emotional, or mental health challenges.
- Assess client strengths, needs, presenting concerns, and treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to support emotional regulation, independence, decision‑making, coping skills, communication, and healthy relationships.
- Recognize and appropriately respond to concerns involving abuse, neglect, safety, and other clinical risk factors in accordance with applicable reporting requirements and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with educators, care managers, clinicians, physicians, families, and other professionals involved in the client’s care.
- Provide crisis or emergency clinical support when required within the responsibilities of the position.
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and within established time frames.
- Participate in monthly team meetings, supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain appropriate professional and ethical boundaries and comply with applicable licensing, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Required Qualifications - Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current and active New Jersey license/credential appropriate for the position, including LCSW, LPC, LSW, LMFT, or LAC.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling or behavioral health services to children.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in mental health or behavioral health services.
- Working knowledge of the DSM and ability to exercise appropriate clinical judgment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as travel to client homes and communities is required.
- Ability to meet applicable provider enrollment and credentialing requirements
Candidates must hold or be willing and eligible to obtain and maintain:
- Individual National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- CAQH provider profile
- Required enrollment associated with the 21st Century Cures Act, as applicable
