As an Associate Director in our Chief Security Office (CSO) organization, you’ll be at the forefront of protecting millions of customers and critical infrastructure. We’re searching for a passionate, strategic leader to own and elevate the Data Acquisition and Flood Organizations; AT&T’s wireline and mobility Net Flow data security platforms. This is your opportunity to architect the vision, inspire a team of experts, and ensure that every release delivers world‑class security, reliability, and user experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Define the Vision:
    Develop and champion a holistic, end‑to‑end strategy for Net Flow security monitoring, ensuring every feature is secure, robust, and intuitive from day one.
  • Lead with Impact:
    Inspire, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of engineers—empowering them to push boundaries, solve big problems, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive Automation and

    Innovation:
    Build and scale automated testing pipelines, leveraging the latest tools and technologies to maximize speed, coverage, and confidence in every release.
  • Champion Security and Quality:
    Integrate cutting‑edge security, threat monitoring, and incident response into wireline and mobility data flows, protecting our platform and customers against emerging risks.
  • Collaborate Across AT&T:
    Partner with the SOC, product, and security teams to embed quality and security at every stage of development and communicate insights to business and technical leaders.
  • Make a Measurable Difference:
    Use data‑driven approaches to continuously improve processes, tools, and team performance—translating feedback and lessons learned into lasting platform excellence.

Who You Are
  • A proven leader with a track record of designing and executing large‑scale automations, AI, and machine learning solutions driving down cyber risks.
  • Deeply knowledgeable about Flow Data security principles, best practices, and the evolving threat landscape.
  • A builder and mentor, passionate about developing people and teams.
  • Highly skilled in Agile Scrum, modern automation frameworks, CI/CD, and security tools.
  • A collaborative communicator, comfortable working across disciplines and presenting to executives.
  • An innovative problem solver who thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
Desirable skills
  • Bachelors degree or working experience in computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Experience leading teams through organizational and technological change.
  • Experience with the Agile Scrum methodology with a product centric delivery strategy.
  • Creative, adaptable, and driven to turn vision into action—even amidst ambiguity.
Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree desired in Computer Science or Cybersecurity or 5+ years of related experience.
