Service Now Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Now Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Service Now architecture and administration, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement solutions that meet business needs while ensuring best practices are followed.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement Service Now solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide guidance on Service Now best practices.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Service Now applications.
- Conduct system performance tuning and optimization to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Service Now features and enhancements, and assess their applicability to the organization.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to architecture, design, and implementation processes.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in Service Now Administration and Architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Service Now solutions.
- In depth knowledge of Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Experience with Service Now integrations and APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and Dev Ops practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Service Now architecture and administration.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a Service Now environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.
