IVR Quality Analyst

Job description:
- Lab Build & Maintenance
- Procure, install and configure lab equipment across platforms
- IVR Platforms – Avaya, Cisco, Genesys
- Operating System – Linux, Windows, VMware
- Tools – Monitoring tools, configuration tools and performance test tools
- Automation tools across above platforms
- Build lab environments
- Manage change control of lab environments through certification cycles
- Certification strategy including validation of requirements, design
- Provide and justify effort estimates
- Configuring lab and environments for testing
- Designing and developing certification tools and automation
- Creating certification plan and underlying test plans
- Documenting strategy, review and editing
- Escalate technical and project issues to project manager
- Report project status to project manager
- Provide technical support during deployment in production
- Assist with technical interviews of prospective team
