Technical Product Manager - Data platform - Dallas​/JN​/Atlanta

Job Summary

Define product vision and roadmap by aligning business needs with technical capabilities and ITRAC program goals.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams ensuring clear translation of requirements into technical deliverables.

Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from requirements gathering to release and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions within Agile frameworks.

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned to business objectives.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical user stories.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning in an Agile setup.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive product adoption and ensure business value realization.
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on feedback and metrics.
• Ensure alignment between product delivery architecture and enterprise standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product‑related decisions and communication.

• Strong experience in Product Management and Technical Product Management.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Strong technical background in APIs, data platforms, cloud, and system integration concepts.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in the ITRAC Telecom domain (ATT ecosystem preferred).
• Exposure to cloud platforms Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of data platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with AI/ML data‑driven product features.
• Experience with product analytics and KPI tracking.
