- Assist in the configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of service provider‑grade routers and switches.
- Support routing protocol operations including IS‑IS, BGP, Segment Routing, and MPLS in lab and production environments.
- Perform network testing using tools such as Ixia and Spirent to validate performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Capture and analyze logs during testing phases to identify issues and document findings.
- Work with NETCONF, gNMI, and streaming telemetry for network configuration and monitoring.
- Participate in performance monitoring and reporting using telemetry and analytics platforms.
- Maintain structured documentation of test cases, results, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Hands‑on experience with service provider or telecom network environments.
- Good understanding of routing protocols, MPLS, and traffic engineering.
- Exposure to automation tools (Python/Ansible) is an added advantage.
