- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams on Agile principles, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.
- Work with Product Owners to define priorities, refine user stories, and maintain healthy product backlogs.
- Track delivery progress using Jira/Agile tools and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- 6+ years as a Scrum Master
- Excellent facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile metrics, and Dev Ops practices.
