We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our dynamic production team.

As a member of the Production Team, you will help produce bread, roll, and bagel dough by mixing, forming, freezing, and packaging products shipped throughout North America. We currently have openings in our packaging department, and successful candidates have the potential to be promoted to other areas of production.

• Perform preoperational inspections and record keeping.
• Inspect frozen products for nonconformance (shape, size, weight, color, appearance) and alert direct supervision.
• Fill cases per specifications & label using automated pack & label equipment.
• Palletize & shrink-wrap completed pallets.
• Operate inventory control equipment and store in freezer via pallet jack use.
• Perform production & QA recordkeeping as well as sample retention.
• Work as a team to help co-workers when necessary.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Practice and comply with all company policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Performance of other duties deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.

• High school education, GED; or up to one-year related experience desired.
• Basic math, counting, and writing skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced cool environment, Temp: ~58°-60°.
• Being on your feet for extended periods and twisting & turning at the waist.
• Ability to regularly lift cases of approximately 35 lbs to a height of 58” above the floor.

Full-Time, M-F (non-seasonal)

Day

Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM 40hrs + 10hrs @ 1.5
* Base Pay

Night

Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM 40hrs + 10hrs @ 1.5
* Base Pay

Up to (6) Saturday Shifts per year may be required as production demands dictates
