Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our exceptional team! As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight for nursing staff during weekend shifts, supervising and coordinating resident care, and promoting a positive, resident-centered care environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Supervise and coordinate resident care in compliance with State and Federal regulations
- Conduct daily resident assessments and adjust care plans as needed
- Assist physicians during rounds and ensure accurate communication of orders
- Mentor, train, and support nursing personnel
- Prepare daily staff assignments and ensure smooth unit operations
- Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Promote a positive, resident-centered care environment
