Overview

Bayada OTA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for a nursing job in Lincroft, New Jersey. This ongoing, full‑time, exempt position is based in a staff clinical manager role for pediatrics in Tinton Falls, NJ, with a salary range of $90,000‑$95,000 per year, PTO, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k) match.

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses and support staff.
• Oversee clinical care for adult and pediatric clients, including assessments, care plans, and care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Bayada policies, documentation standards, and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and the office team to deliver safe, personalized care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and problem‑solving for complex care scenarios.
• Model The Bayada Way, creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as needed.
• Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement.

• Current RN license in New Jersey (multi‑state/compact license preferred).
• Experience with adult or pediatric populations; willingness to cross‑train.
• Leadership experience (preceptor, charge nurse, or supervisor).
• Comfort with technology‑dependent care (ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes).
• Full‑time role: exempt Monday‑Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am‑5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours).
