Middletown Township Public Schools is looking for a qualified nurse to promote health and safety in the middle school environment and provide health services to students, faculty and staff.
Replacement position available 8/27/2026-6/30/2027
Qualifications- NJ School Nurse certificate or eligibility required
- Demonstrated expertise in school health nursing practice and emergency procedures
- Knowledge of child growth and development, community and family dynamics, current health issues and wellness education
- Knowledge of community health and social services resources and ability to communicate effectively with nonschool health professionals and social service agencies
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
- Current residency in New Jersey, approved residency waiver or candidate agrees to obtain residency within one year of employment
The Middletown Township School District offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Terms Of Employment- Replacement Position Salary Range: $60,673 - $87,673 (as per the negotiated contract and commensurate with level of education)
- Benefits:
Full-time employees are eligible for medical, prescription and dental benefits on the first day of hire.
