We are currently seeing candidates to fill the position of Produce Merchandiser.
The Produce Merchandiser is responsible for the overall profitability of the Produce Division, as well as the implementation and results of all company merchandising plans and procedures including, but not limited to, the following:
Sales, Inventory, Gross Profit, Shrink, Payroll, Operating Expenses and the Training and Development of all Produce Associates.
The Produce Merchandiser is also responsible for the art of display and appearance of the Produce Department.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of five years experience as a Produce manager, full knowledge of our produce operations and proven record of positive results, in addition to strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
Successful candidates will also have an interest in advancing their career beyond the Merchandiser position and into Store Management
Benefits & Salary- Salary Range (based on experience) $65,000-$80,000
