Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby traffic;
Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options;
Build meaningful relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge through teamwork;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices in accordance with bank policies and procedures
