• High school diploma or associate degree and/or technical training with a Chrome OS/Windows background.
• Minimum one year experience in maintaining computers, printers and networking systems (Windows OS, iOS, & Chrome OS).
• Working knowledge of Chrome OS and Windows OS.
• Chromebook repair knowledge skills are a plus.
• Experience with any computer hardware physical repair.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Problem solving and solid troubleshooting skills.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to install, configure, diagnose, and deploy Apple, Chrome, and/or Windows based computers.
• Desire to learn new skills and willingness to seek solutions to processes and workflows.
• Self‑motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability and willingness to train end users, student interns, and aides.
• Familiarity with system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge and/or experience in network function and/or server equipment.
• Ability to perform work that often requires a ladder, lifting heavy objects, and moving equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle that may be used on the job.
• History of good job attendance.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
