Job Requirements:

As a Power Integrity Engineering Manager within our Digital Data Networks Business Unit, you will play a key role in coaching your team on simulating, developing, implementing, and verifying the power integrity of our innovative power solution portfolio. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, you will coach team members and where needed contribute to the design, validation, scaling, deployment, and support of cutting-edge data center power solutions.

We are seeking individuals who excel at turning ambiguous requirements into precise, highly constrained solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) design, strong simulation and lab measurement skills, and proven experience in designing and manufacturing power products.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $225,000 – $260,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location). A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits.
