• Monday, Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM; 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Ongoing locum staffing with potential for tentative or long-term schedule arrangements

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide emergency and urgent care services for patient populations typical of an emergency department setting
• Perform procedures including moderate sedation under facility protocols
• Manage patients presenting with medical, surgical, and traumatic conditions
• Follow established workflows and protocols for emergency scenarios
• Document thoroughly within Epic EMR and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Candidate Requirements

• Active NY RN and NY Nurse Practitioner licenses

• Active DEA registration with NY address

• Certification in FNP or related specialty via AANP or ANCC

• Active ACLS, PALS (AHA), and ATLS certifications

• Documentation of case logs for the past 2 years and CME/CEU credits for the past 2 years
• Clinical experience or training in emergency or urgent care settings preferred, especially for new graduates seeking hands-on exposure
