Observe activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft;
Document all stages of investigations and report to AP and store leadership;
Create and manage records for apprehensions, witness statements, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Travel to stores as necessary and support safety initiatives and incident response
