- 1 North Galleria Drive - Responsibilities:
Assist customers in all aspects of total store fulfillment, including Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups;
Proficient in all systems needed to complete transactions and ensure the pickup area is organized for a friction-free customer experience;
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space and assist with curbside delivery of BOPS orders;
Engage customers with hospitality, learn about products and promotions, and support achievement of sales goals;
Support teamwork, adaptability, and coverage for nights, weekends, and holidays
