** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Staff the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, answering phones, and coordinating with site contacts to support a professional check-in experience.

+ Control access to the facility by verifying identification and/or work authorization, issuing temporary badges when applicable, and documenting arrivals and departures per site requirements.

+ Monitor assigned access points and security-related systems, report suspicious activity, and communicate concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site management.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing reports and maintaining accurate logs of security-related activities.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + A Guard Card/License is preferred.

+ Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.

+ Customer Service Experience is preferred.

+ Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
