Pro Ampac seeks a Plant Controller to own the financial heartbeat of our Middletown operations. You’ll lead plant accounting, costing, controls, and reporting, and partner with Operations to drive performance on the floor.
You’ll translate production data into actionable insights, manage monthly close under US GAAP, own inventory controls, and guide process improvements with Lean tools. This hands-on leadership role blends finance and operations to boost margins.
