• Partner directly with the Corporate Controller and leadership team on high-impact financial and operational initiatives.
• Gain visibility across multiple facilities and business units.
• Play a key role in accounting automation and business intelligence implementation efforts.
• Lead and develop Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams while building leadership experience.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

• Exposure to modern finance tools including ERP systems, Power BI, and advanced reporting technologies.

• Oversee daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger, AP, and AR accounts.
• Monitor internal controls and support compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Analyze expenses, investigate variances, and provide decision-support reporting.
• Coordinate audits, reporting requirements, and key accounting process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within manufacturing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting processes.
