Responsibilities
- Provide timely and helpful support by responding to banking inquiries from both internal teams and external customers.
- Review and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
- Proactively pull and analyze daily reports while maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
- Partner closely with Account Specialists to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports and documentation for review by auditors and leadership.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation to support consistency and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives that drive team and business success.
- Collaborate with internal customer service teams to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Comfortable using basic office tools and eager to learn new systems and technology.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Provides friendly and responsive customer service, with a focus on helping others.
- Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
- Stays organized and keeps track of tasks to ensure work is completed on time.
- Handles sensitive information responsibly and with care.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
- It’s a bonus if you have excellent Excel experience.
