Position: Sales Support Coordinator I

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and helpful support by responding to banking inquiries from both internal teams and external customers.
  • Review and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
  • Proactively pull and analyze daily reports while maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
  • Partner closely with Account Specialists to efficiently identify and resolve issues.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports and documentation for review by auditors and leadership.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation to support consistency and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives that drive team and business success.
  • Collaborate with internal customer service teams to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
  • Comfortable using basic office tools and eager to learn new systems and technology.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
  • Provides friendly and responsive customer service, with a focus on helping others.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Stays organized and keeps track of tasks to ensure work is completed on time.
  • Handles sensitive information responsibly and with care.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
  • It’s a bonus if you have excellent Excel experience.
