As a Midas General Service Technician, you will be the backbone of our business. You will install new tires and wheels and perform tire services – rotations, balancing, and flat repairs – to keep our valued customers’ vehicles operating safely. You will earn a guaranteed hourly rate plus weekly bonuses tied to every service you perform.

No experience needed; we will teach you everything you need to know through paid training.

• Automotive experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to providing quality service in a fast‑paced environment.
