• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues
• Support product and service businesses, adapting to changing customer needs
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in their implementation
• Collaborate with partners to deliver valued outcomes and prioritize critical moments for customers
• Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes and customer experience metrics

• High school diploma or GED
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Availability to work second or third shift, including weekends and holidays

• Associate's degree
• 2+ years of related experience in customer service
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and collaborate effectively in a team
• Experience in evaluating systems for an optimal end-to-end customer experience
• Proficiency in navigating multiple business systems to process requests
