Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in a customer service related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with retirees or in a customer service role focused on medical benefits.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing retiree health benefits

Responsibilities:

• Assist retirees in understanding their benefits options and eligibility requirements.
• Process and manage retiree claims and benefits inquiries in a timely manner.
