Overview
As Worldpay continues to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Collections Associate (B2B) to join our Finance and Shared Services team. The role requires managing accounts while delivering outstanding customer service within departmental, investor, and legal guidelines.
Hybrid work model: 3 days in office in Cincinnati.
Responsibilities- Utilize customer service skills to manage and resolve delinquent customer accounts through skip‑tracing, written correspondence, inbound/outbound phone contact (standard/automated dialer), and arranging payments.
- Monitor aging of customer receivables and take corrective action to resolve open accounts on a timely basis.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing and settlement.
- Submit regular reports on unpaid accounts and repayment progress, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Support other accounting positions as needed.
- Work independently and manage time‑sensitive tasks, prioritizing problems while contributing to overall team goals.
- Update customer files to ensure data integrity.
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience with demonstrated customer service skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Business‑to‑business (B2B) experience desired.
- Technical skills including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and billing/collections software preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, persuasive and professional.
- Intermediate computer navigation and operation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in collections preferred.
