Job Description & How to Apply Below
You know that moment when a patient sits up, runs their tongue over their teeth, and goes: “Whoa… that feels AMAZING.”
Yeah. We’re hiring the person who makes that happen.
All About SmilesAll About Smiles is a fun, cheerful, upbeat practice with a loyal patient following. We’re hiring for another Dental Hygienist because our patients keep showing up (and we like keeping our team happy, too).
Schedule (with built-in sanity) Office/Patient Hours- Mon: 9:00am–6:00pm
- Tues/Weds/Thurs: 8:00am–5:00pm
- Fri: 8:00am–12:00pm
Arrival time: typically, 30 minutes prior to the first patient so you can set up without stress.
The stuff that makes this a “yes”- A team that’s cheerful, supportive, and genuinely likes each other.
- Patients who are loyal and engaged, which makes education and follow-through actually work.
- Base compensation $45-50/hr, based on experience
- Opportunities for production-based bonuses
- Sign on bonus
- Medical/Vision Benefits, Life Insurance, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays and more
You’ll work with:
- iTero 3D Wellness Scanner
- Pearl AI
- Denticon (EMS)
- Digital radiography
- Instrument sharpening/retipping rotation (your wrists will thank you)
- Enamel regeneration protocol for treating incipient decay
- Preventive care, perio maintenance, SRP as needed
- Digital X-rays, assessments, perio charting, documentation
- Patient education that’s clear, kind, and actually sticks
- Collaborative care planning and smooth handoffs with the doctor
- Monthly hygienist meetings (share wins, swap tips, improve systems, laugh about “the floss lecture” together)
- Designated hygiene support so you can focus on patient care, not chasing supplies like it’s a reality show challenge
- CE credits provided by our partners to keep you learning, leveling up, and feeling confident in your craft
- Current Ohio RDH license
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
- Comfort with digital systems (we’ll support training where needed)
Come join a practice where the dentistry is excellent, the team is upbeat, and you’re supported like the clinical professional you are.
