Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team!
Children's Dentistry of Middletown is a pediatric dental specialty practice that focuses on the unique needs of infants, children, and adolescents. Our Insurance Coordinators play a vital role in making sure our families receive a seamless experience from start to finish, and that our practice runs smoothly and efficiently every day.

- Process and submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate communication between families, insurance companies, and internal team members
- Assist in resolving insurance related issues and claim denials
- Maintain and update insurance records and patient documentation
- Support staff and families with questions regarding insurance policies and procedures
- Prepare reports related to insurance activities as needed
- Ensure compliance with practice policies and applicable regulatory requirements
- Previous experience in dental insurance coordination, billing, or a related field strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance terminology and procedures
- Experience with pediatric dental insurance a plus
- Proficiency with dental practice management software; experience with Dentrix, Eagle Soft, or similar systems a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
- A genuine love for working with children and families
