DescriptionAssistant Principal
- Grades 9 - 12, 1 FTE
Enables Lakota students to achieve their fullest potential by serving as educational leader of the assigned building, providing direction in the successful delivery of academic instruction to the district's junior high school students, ensuring learning experiences consistent with the mission statement and instructional goals of the building and district.
QualificationsThe Principal – High School (9-12) serves as the educational and instructional leader for a 9‑12 building in the Lakota Local Schools District.
This position is responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging school environment that promotes academic achievement, college and career readiness, and student well‑being. The principal leads building operations, curriculum implementation, staff supervision, family engagement, and collaborates with central office and community partners to advance district‑wide goals.
